Event:         Reeve's Annual Charity Golf Tournament
Date:           August 11 with shotgun start at 9:30 a.m. (registration starts at 8:30)
Location:    Whitetail Crossing Golf Club in Mundare, AB
Cost:           $125 per golfer (includes snacks, BBQ lunch, steak dinner and prizes)
Additional: Charity raffles and donation opportunities (e.g., mulligans, etc.). Register by August 4.

The charitable proceeds from this event will go to agencies supporting Ukrainian refugees residing within Lamont County and area. Last year we donated/raised $18,000 to the County of Lamont Food Bank, Andrew Public Library, Bruderheim Public Library, Lamont Public Library, and Mundare Public Library.

Sponsorship options (if you are interested in sponsoring the event, a hole, or donation of prizes, please contact us):

Item/swag and Prize Donations - please contact us (so we can recognize your support) or bring to the event.

Our sponsorship levels are as follows:

  • $300 – Sponsor a Hole: bring a game or some merch for the hole for some fun. Sponsor a hole!
  • $1,500 – Bronze: logo recognition on sponsor board and tent cards, promotional material in registration packages, and two complimentary golf entries.
  • $2,000 – Silver: logo recognition on sponsor board and table tent cards, logo recognition adjacent all greens, promotional material in registration packages, and two complimentary golf entries.
  • $2,500 – Gold: Name and logo on all marketing materials, promotional material in registration packages, logo recognition on golf cart, table tent cards, and sponsor board, logo recognition adjacent all greens, and 6 complimentary golf entries.

Submit registration and sponsorship payment using our OptionPay account, or at Lamont County's Administration Building (cheque/cash/credit). Please note for OptionPay: You need to pay each registration/sponsorship separately or select "other" and list all options in the comments field. Alternatively, you can request we invoice you.

Registrations will be accepted to the maximum of 144 golfers.

If you are golfing as a team or pairs, or wish to be partnered up with a specific team or individuals, please note this here. 
You can also register for the dinner only ($50) for anyone who does not want to golf (e.g., spouse, friends, etc.).

Please select if you want to golf as an individual (and be placed on a team) or if you have a team to golf with (a team of 2, 3 or 4).
