SNOW EVENT - Nov. 22 (Day 1)

Planning for major snowfall starting late tonight and into the weekend.

Public Works will be sending plow trucks out on Saturday to ensure the hard surfaced roads are clear and safe, and will be out Sunday as required as well. Based on actual snow accumulation on Saturday, we will make the decision whether the graders need to be dispatched on Sunday or wait until Monday. However, based on the forecasted accumulation, graders will more than likely be dispatched Sunday.

If you have any concerns, please complete a service request online (alternatively, contact us at servicerequests@lamontcounty.ca or call (780) 895-2547).

For after-hours Public Works EMERGENCIES ONLY (i.e., emergencies involving Public Works operations and water utilities), contact 780-903-5064.
