Canada Post Strike: Reminder (Mail Disruption)

During the current postal strike, Lamont County is working on all alternatives for accounts payable and invoicing, including any outstanding tax payments or land title requests. With no mail delivery, options include in person at the Admin. Building, online banking, after-hours drop box, and courier delivery. Please be patient as the strike continues. Contact Administration if an emergent situation occurs.

Meals in the Field (2024) - Spring and Fall

To show appreciation to the local agricultural community for the hard work and dedication
within Lamont County, Agricultural Service Board (ASB) is hosting its 2024 Meals in the Field lunch program

There will be two intake periods in the Spring (by April 1) and the Fall (by September 1). 

Submit your name before September 1 if you would like to win a free lunch. Contact ASB at 780-895-2585 or email bonniec@lamontcounty.ca.
