Infrastructure Plan and Off-site Levy Assessment Report
Lamont County has adopted an infrastructure plan to prepare for upgrades needed to support development in the Heartland Industrial Area within the County.
The Industrial Heartland Southwest Neighbourhood Infrastructure Plan and Off-site Levy Assessment Report plans for the area’s road network, potable water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, and stormwater management. The report also details the methodology for contributions adopted in the Off-site Levy Bylaw that will help fund planned infrastructure upgrades to support growth.
