Water Main Break (St. Michael)

IMPORTANT: There is a water main break at the St. Michael water system. WATER is now SHUT OFF. Residents impacted should take steps to conserve water immediately. Repairs are in progress, but there is no estimated time for completion at this time. There will likely be a boil advisory at that time. Thank you for your patience as this is fixed.

  • Natural Resource Extraction: $2,500.00 flat fee plus $100.00 per hectare to a maximum of $5,000.00 (maximum does not include flat fee) Re-application fee: $1,500.00.
  • Uses other than Residential/Commercial/Industrial/Institutional: $1,000.00
  • Major Home Occupation: $300.00 + Discretionary.
  • Discretionary Uses: $250.00 additional to regular permit fee.

  • Boundary Adjustment: $600 per lot + $250 per lot.
  • Extension: $250.00 for 1st extension, $500 for 2nd extension.
  • Re-circulation: $250
  • Current Land Title Certificate: $20.00 per title + GST
  • Final Endorsement Fee: $1000.00 + GST
