Complaint Form

Lamont County will act only on complaints submitted in writing or through online form submission. For Service Requests, for example, road maintenance or snow removal, do not submit a complaint form—please complete a "Service Request" at lamontcounty.ca/service-requests. 

The following information will be treated as confidential, collected only for the purposes of following up with the complaint. If complainant does not give their name, we cannot act on the request.

This collection is authorized by section 4(c) of the Protection of Privacy Act.
