Presentations to Council

If you would like to speak or state a concern in front of Council, please submit your request to the Legislative Services Officer—using the form below—a minimum of ten business days prior to the meeting date.

Alternatively, submissions can be made by email or by Canada Post by using the Delegation Request. 

Council procedure rules apply to all Council and Committee Meetings as per Council Procedure Bylaw.

Delegation Request Form

As per Lamont County Procedure Bylaw 881.24, presentations to Council are limited to 15 minutes, and shall only refer to the matter stated on this request form. Submissions are to be made at least 10 days prior to a scheduled Regular Council Meeting to be included into the agenda. Council may refer the decision on a matter to a future Council Meeting.
