  1. One truck per County resident;

  2. Second truck per County resident;

  3. One truck per non-resident taxpayer;

  4. Second truck per non-resident taxpayer;

  5. One truck per Urban resident; then a

  6. Second truck per Urban resident.

A trucker pre-registration form must be received to Lamont County Public Works by 4 p.m. on October 17.

• Lamont County is seeking a Request for Proposal for Engineering Services - Engineering Services (Owner's Responsibility)-River Intake (Phase 1) And Water Supply Pipeline (Phase 2).

Request for Proposals (RFP) No.:	2025-01
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Lamont County (the “County”) to prospective consultants (“Bidders”) to submit proposals for Engineering Services (Owner’s Representative) - River Intake (Phase 1) and Water Supply Pipeline (Phase 2), as further described in the Scope of Services in this RFP (the “Services”). The County is seeking Engineering Services (Owner’s Representative) from qualified Bidders to provide expertise and advice in: 1. Establishing a management framework for a Public-Private Partnership (P3) procurement process leading to the execution of a project agreement; and 2. The municipal oversight and management of the construction of the River Intake (Phase 1) and, on the condition that Phase 2 proceeds, the provision of Water Supply Pipeline (Phase 2). The County will provide a project management team (PMT) that will be administered by the Chief Administrative Officer. The PMT will represent the County in all matters related to the project and will serve as sole liaison between the successful Bidder, Contractors and the Community.

This Expression of Interest (“EOI”) is issued by Lamont County (the “County”) for the purposes of gathering information from qualified service providers interested in entering into an agreement with Lamont County to provide engineering and professional services related to the provision of process water in the Alberta Industrial Heartland.
