Stephen Hill Appointed Chief Administrative Officer

Lamont County is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Hill as CAO effective November 1, 2018.

Mr. Hill was appointed Acting CAO after the resignation of Mr. Singleton in August of this year. His management of Lamont County operations since that time has been a great benefit to the County, and Lamont County Council is confident is his leadership going forward.

Mr. Hill became Director of Planning & Development & Community Services in 2015, having previously worked at Opus Stewart Weir where he was involved in the management of the municipal engineering department. He also worked for several years in the Planning & Development Department at Sturgeon County. As CAO, Mr. Hill will continue to work alongside Council to ensure the growth and development of Lamont County in the future.
