Enforcement & Agricultural Services Guide for Landowners

Lamont County Enforcement Services and Agricultural Services departments have joined forces to create a helpful booklet for Lamont County residents to help them navigate the sometimes-complicated rules and laws that landowners need to follow.

This handy guide covers the laws regarding farm vehicles and equipment on roads (including dimensions and over-weight vehicles, securing and hauling hay/straw, tires, plates and inspection requirements) as well as the responsibilities of ATV riders in controlling clubroot, and landowners for the control of weeds. It also features a guide of noxious and prohibited weeds in the county, for easy reference.
