DEVELOPMENT PERMIT ISSUED - DISCRETIONARY USE

Appeal by May 11, 2022

Take notice that the following permit for proposed development as described below has been issued in accordance with the Lamont County Land Use Bylaw No. 675/07:

  1. Legal Description:    

  Land Use:            Agricultural District (A)

  Proposal:             Side yard variance from 60 ft. (18.3 m) to
                             15 ft. (4.6 m) for an existing 30 ft. x 40 ft. tarp building

Appeal
The Land Use Bylaw provides that the person applying for the permit or affected by the order, or any other person affected by an order, decision or development permit of a Development Authority may appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within twenty-one (21) days after the date of notice.

Appeal Fee - $300.00
