DEVELOPMENT PERMIT ISSUED DISCRETIONARY USE

Appeal by November 25th, 2021

 

Take notice that the following permit for proposed development as described below has been issued in accordance with the Lamont County Land Use Bylaw No. 675/07:

 

1. Legal Description: NW 27-56-16-W4                 

Land Use: Agricultural District (A)

Proposal: For the operation of a Class 1 Composting Facility (20, 000 tonnes or less of waste per year)

Permit No.: DP 044/21

 

2. Legal Description: NW 25-55-20-W4

Land Use: Heartland Heavy Industrial (HHI) District

Proposal: To construct a 48 ft. x 60 ft. office building and gradable parking lot

Permit No.: DP 043/21

Appeal

The Land Use Bylaw provides that the person applying for the permit or affected by the order, or any other person affected by an order, decision or development permit of a Development Authority may appeal to the Land and Property Rights Tribunal (LPRT) whose address is 2nd Floor, Summerside Business Centre, 1229 – 91 Street SW, Edmonton Alberta, T6X 1E9 within twenty-one (21) days after the date of notice.
