COVID-19 Community Impact Survey

In these difficult times, you can do something important for your families, friends, neighbours, and community. FCSS is conducting a survey to gauge the social effects of Covid-19 in the community. Please take 10 minutes to complete this survey. The information gathered will help understand and respond to our community’s needs.
