NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF LAND FOR LESS THAN MARKET VALUE

Notice is hereby given by Lamont County, pursuant to Section 70 of the Municipal Government Act (MGA), RSA 2000, c M-26, that it intends to dispose of the following lands for less than market value:

GRAVEL PIT SHOWN ON ROAD PLAN 8429ET

CONTAINING ONE AND FORTY ONE HUNDREDTHS

(1.41) ACRES MORE OR LESS

EXCEPTING THEREOUT ALL MINES AND MINERALS

               (the “Lands”)

Petitions against the proposal to sell the Lands may be filed with the Chief Administrative Officer, Peter Tarnawsky during business hours at the Lamont County Office at the address written above, no later than 60 days from the notice of this notice.  

Petitions must comply with the requirements of Part 7 of the MGA. If a sufficient petition is not filed within 60 days of the date of this notice Lamont County may proceed with the sale of the Lands for less than market value without further notice.
