Canada Post Strike: Reminder (Mail Disruption)

During the current postal strike, Lamont County is working on all alternatives for accounts payable and invoicing, including any outstanding tax payments or land title requests. With no mail delivery, options include in person at the Admin. Building, online banking, after-hours drop box, and courier delivery. Please be patient as the strike continues. Contact Administration if an emergent situation occurs.

Tax Notices Mailed Out – Due June 30!

Please note that, in accordance with Section 311(1) of the Municipal Government Act, the 2023 Combined Assessment and Tax Notices are mailed to all taxpayers this week. Payment is due June 30.

A 10% penalty will be applied to all unpaid taxes on July 1, 2023.
