Council meeting agendas shall be posted on the Lamont County Website on the Friday afternoon prior to a regularly scheduled Tuesday Council meeting.

This reserve will provide funding in order to retain a stable municipal taxation structureand to accommodate any emergent types of expenditures; to balance the current yeardeficit; or for non-budgeted operating items related to roads that require funding andCouncil

TO ESTABLISH MAJOR AND MINOR ASSETCLASSIFICATIONS TO BE TRACKED FOR ASSETMANAGEMENT PURPOSES

TO REGULATE ATTENDANCE AT FUNCTIONS

To establish bridge fund reserve. This reserve will provide funding in order to retaina stable municipal taxation structure and to fund bridge work within Lamont County.

To reduce the risks of wildfires within Lamont County boundaries, and to establish consistency for burning periods.

To establish an building replacement capital reserve. This reserve will providefunding to address replacement costs to all County-owned buildings

To establish a capital road reserve. This reserve will provide funding in order toretain a stable municipal taxation structure and to accommodate yearly capitalbudget expenditures and/or for non-budgeted capital road projects that requirefunding.
