Appeal
The Land Use Bylaw provides that the person applying for the permit or affected by the order, or any other person affected by an order, decision or development permit of a Development Authority may appeal to the Municipal Government Board (MGB) Land and Property Rights Tribunal (LPRT) whose address is 2nd Floor, Summerside Business Centre, 1229 – 91 Street SW, Edmonton Alberta, T6X 1E9 within twenty-one (21) days after the date of notice.
