Proposal: For the construction and operation of a commercial greenhouse (60 ft x 100 ft) for the cultivation of medical cannabis

2. Legal Description: SE & SW 33-56-20-W4
Land Use: Heartland Heavy Industrial (HHI)
Proposal: For a 47.5 ha (117.37 acres) industrial silica extraction operation which will include soil salvage, silica extraction, hauling of silica to an off-site processing facility and reclamation

The Land Use Bylaw provides that the person applying for the permit or affected by the order, or any other person affected by an order, decision or development permit of a Development Authority may appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within twenty-one (21) days after the date of notice.
