Early Steps to Success Coalition

The first six years of a child’s life are amazingly important.

The Early Steps to Success Coalition is made up of a group of agencies and individuals that have expertise in, and a passionate commitment to, early childhood development in Alberta.

The Coalition strives to provide education and awareness that enhances and strengthens the communities’ capacity to provide early childhood development. This includes promoting early childhood services available and to put groundwork in place for additional needed resources.

We host the annual Welcome to Kindergarten programs in all schools County-wide as well as plan and facilitate the Lamont County National Child Day event each year.

The Coalition continues to promote open membership and always welcomes new faces at the table. If you are a parent of a young child or are invested in the promotion of early childhood development, we would love to hear from you!
