Proposal: Side yard variance setback for 18.3 m. (60 ft.) to 14.6 m. (47.9 ft.) for an existing Manufactured Home.

The Land Use Bylaw provides that the person applying for the permit or affected by the order, or any other person affected by an order, decision or development permit of a Development Authority may appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within twenty-one (21) days after the date of notice.
