Take notice that the following permits for proposed development as described below have been issued in accordance with the Lamont County Land Use Bylaw No. 675/07.

1. Legal Description: NE 25-58-16-W4
Land Use: Agricultural District (A)
Proposal: Operate a 48 ha. (119 acres) sand & gravel extraction and reclamation.
Permit No.: 020/17

2. Legal Description: NNW 29-56-16-W4
Land Use: Agricultural District (A)
Proposal: Expansion of an existing sand & gravel extraction & reclamation from 12.5 ha. (30.9 acres) to 27.81 ha (69.7 acres) and revoke Development Permit 2148/08.

3. Legal Description: NE 27-55-16-W4
Land Use: Agricultural District (A)
Proposal: Operate a 48.5 ha. (120 acres) sand & gravel extraction and reclamation.
Permit No.: 022/17

4. Legal Description: Plan 032 3616, Lot 1, Block 1 (NE 21-53-19-W4)
Land Use: Agricultural District (A)
Proposal: Construct a 60 ft. x 60 ft. x 22 ft. ht. commercial warehouse for the purpose of storing instrumentation supplies and equipment.

Appeal
The Land Use Bylaw provides that the person applying for the permit or affected by the order, or any other person affected by an order, decision or development permit of a Development Authority may appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within fourteen (14) days after the date of notice.
