Proposal: Operation of a maintenance service centre (oil changes, grease & regular maintenance) for light vehicles, and commercial trucks utilizing existing commercial building.

Proposal: Expansion of a 7.79 ha. (19.5 acres) Sand and Gravel pit operation to 17.52 ha (43.2 acres).

3. Legal Description: Plan 932 3255, Lot 1 (in NSE 22-56-18-W4)
Land Use: Agricultural District (A)
Proposal: Construct a 32 ft. x 60 ft. Exterior Assembly Structure (Pole Shed) for the purpose of providing shelter for church assemblies.

The Land Use Bylaw provides that the person applying for the permit or affected by the order, or any other person affected by an order, decision or development permit of a Development Authority may appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within fourteen (14) days after the date of notice.
